A Property Inspection will generally last 1-2 hours, where a comprehensive check list will be completed ensuring all assets are functioning, maintenance issues and replacement of inventory is identified and projects monitored. Each check list will be customized based on the needs of the owner and best practice to address any inherent risks. We work in unification with vendors and contractors reporting timely back to the client.
All security aspects of the property will be monitored in conjunction with a security company. Our priority is the safety and security of the client and their property particularly when not in residence. We are available for responding to alarms, safety assessments, disaster planning and recovery, housesitting or daily visitation, technology updates and assistance with applications/software monitoring.
Owners can expect their residential property to be fully stocked and operational upon arrival. We can offer all services like that of a modern butler whether that is at a main residence or vocational destination. We can assist with the aesthetics of the home ensuring it is staged according to your preferences, wardrobe management, F&B management, personal shopping, valet of vehicles, transportation, pet care, reservations for restaurants/tickets and any other personalized requests.
A full maintenance plan will be implemented where all property assets/systems are added into household manual for consistent servicing and vendor callouts. This can be achieved through software or other applications depending on the complexity of the property and Owners requirements. Vendor record keeping and financial management.
All vendors completing services at the property will be managed and supervised onsite. This includes gaining access and scheduling, quality control, special requests, emergency callouts and providing quotes for approval and invoice payment. Through our networks we use recommended suppliers, can research, obtain quotes for specialized projects, engage and track performance.
Any custom requests can be added to the schedule, for example: House sitting, Pet care, small project management, wine cellar management, travel planning and reservations, emergency procedures, storage management, inventory of assets, artwork record keeping and man other add on services.
