Construction Project Management

Renovation projects large and small. All renovations can be managed to ensure timely completion and quality inherent to luxury homes.

Management of a construction project includes consultation with architects, contractors, and clients. Organization of property access, timing, managing disruptions  and onsite project leadership. On call support. 

 All vendors completing services for the construction will be managed. This includes supervision of tasks where required, quality control, special requests and invoice forwarding to Principals. 

 Any consent requirement for the construction will be applied for and managed where there is no special certification or trades accreditation required.   

 A project report will be completed and provided to the Principals outlining progress, delays, questions and other relevant information  to the project’s completion.  

 Inspections for quality finishing will be assessed on behalf of the Principals for the construction project.
