Fractional Estate Management

All aspects of Estate Management services will be offered and tailored specifically for each property and the clients requirements. Services offered are aligned with an Estate Manager's typical role and responsibilities without the need for full-time presence onsite. Services are based on the pricing plan selected and can include small tasks from errands, property check lists, maintenance planning, property walk throughs and specific Principal requests.

All vendors completing services at the property will be managed and supervised onsite. This includes gaining access and scheduling, quality control, special requests, emergency callouts and providing quotes for approval and invoice payment. Through our networks we use recommended suppliers, can research, obtain quotes for specialized projects, engage and track performance.

A full maintenance plan will be implemented where all property assets/systems are added into household manual for consistent servicing and vendor callouts. This can be achieved through software or other applications depending on the complexity of the property and Owners requirements. Vendor record keeping and financial management.

Household provisioning will be completed, inventory records updated, and stock checked for obsoleteness/use by dates for all household consumables including F&B supplies, housekeeping, laundry, replacements items such as light bulbs, personal consumables, appliances and other stock required for a fully functioning residence.

Vehicles and other assets on property are maintained, cleaned and fueled, registrations and insurances renewed as required. Organization of delivery of vehicles and assets.

24 hours per day, seven days per week we will be on call to troubleshoot and advise of any problems at the property. A call out charge will be incurred if needed to travel to property to fix, otherwise, other vendors/services will be organized to resolve.
